PM, looking (to quote him) "like Ace Ventura"It's official, I am the least observant tourist. See the corner of a white frame work,just at the left of the picture, beside County Hall? That's the world's largest observationwheel (read <a href="../../Pictures/chicago/pier/_image02.html">Ferris wheel</a>) all finished,and ready to be raised to overlook the river a week after I took the photo.
